Lewis to Enhance Sales, Direct Accounts and Reseller Relationships

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., June 9, 2003 - Elysium Inc., a leading global provider of
digital design data exchange software, today announced the addition of Cecil
Lewis as Manager of Sales Operations.

Lewis will be responsible for direct major account sales, development and
augmentation of the reseller channel and product/company positioning in key
strategic partnership relationships.

His 15 years of experience in the computer systems and the software industry
serving the computer aided design and manufacturing market will aid Elysium
in developing and enhancing product sales. Lewis has held positions in
sales, operations and management while working for technology companies in
and around Detroit, Michigan.

Lewis came to Elysium from Translation Technologies Inc. where he was the
Director of Business Development and was responsible for the direct
marketing of translation services and software to the automotive OEM and
supplier market. He also was the Director of Sales Operations with Visual
Edge Technology where he over-saw the dealer channel of 100+ dealers and a
national direct sales force with annual sales at 10 million dollars a year.
