SOUTHFIELD, MI – December 11, 2002 — Elysium Inc., a provider of CAD translation software, today announced that it has entered into partnerships with distribution partners located in France, Germany, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Italy, and the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg) region.

Elysium’s distribution partners are CADeSIS, a major CAD solutions provider in France; CAMTEX, a consulting and software solutions provider in Germany; Worldsview, a CAD/CAE software supplier in South Africa; Alta Systems, an IT sales and support organization in the United Kingdom; FinCam Srl, a provider of hardware and software for CAD/CAM/CAE solutions in Italy; and Prodesk, a company that specializes in CAD software for the mechanical industry in Benelux.

Under the terms of the partnerships, these companies will be the official distribution partners of Elysium products in their respective regions. They will sell and support Elysium’s products directly to customers, and resellers, thus extending the availability of Elysium software throughout Europe and Africa.
